  • Our office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Patients are seen during these hours by appointment only. 

    For non-emergency medical questions please call our office during regular business hours at (308) 865-2740.

    • Please bring with you the new patient paperwork sent to you by our practice. If you do not receive any paperwork, then you will complete it at our office. 

    • We ask you to arrive 15 minutes early for your first visit to fill out all necessary forms including a medical history form. 

    • Completed new patient paperwork (if applicable)

    • Your current insurance cards

    • Current list of all medications

    • Your photo ID (ex. Valid Driver’s License)

    • Method of payment

    • As a courtesy to other patients, please call the office as soon as possible if you are going to be late. Patients over 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule. 

    • If you are unable to make your appointment, we ask that you provide notice at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a no-show fee and we may offer our time to another patient. 

    • Due to the complex nature of the specialty care that we provide, our physicians may be called away at any time for a delivery or surgery at either hospital. We will make every effort to inform you of any delays ahead of time and give you the opportunity to see our nurse practitioner, one of our other physicians, or reschedule at your convenience.

    • Our staff answers phones Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

    • For your convenience, our phone is answered 24/7. Calling after hours or on weekends will forward you to our answering service, who can contact the on-call physician in the event of an emergency.

    • To arrive on time for scheduled appointments.

    • To call the office as soon as you are aware you cannot make an appointment or are running late.

    • To follow the recommended treatment plan and inform your physician of any changes. 

    • To ask questions if directions and procedures are not understood.

    • To pay all co-payments, co-insurances, deductibles, or account balances at every appointment.

    • To provide payment for services not covered by insurance as soon as possible.
