Michelle is a board certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner. She has over 25 years of experience in healthcare. She grew up in Oxford, Nebraska and was a member of the first graduating class of Southern Valley High School. Michelle attended the University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Nursing for her undergraduate and graduate nursing degrees. She graduated with her MSN and became certified as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner in 2007. Michelle provided obstetrical, gynecological and primary care to patients in Holdrege for almost 18 years, prior to joining COBGYN in 2024.

Michelle strives to support, empower, and encourage women through all stages of life. She believes in open communication and collaborative decision making. She values forming lasting relationships with her patients.

Michelle and her husband of 25 years, Travis, live in Holdrege, NE. They have 4 children and one grandchild. In her free time Michelle enjoys spending time with her family (she loves snuggling her new granddaughter). She also enjoys reading (usually historical fiction), listening to true crime podcasts, and spending time at the lake with family and friends.
